PASTA ALLA CARBONARA | Saturday 23.01.2021 @ Hattvika Lodge

Welcome to our pop-up restaurant of "𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗔 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗔". The cooking show and dinner will be held by Chiara and Simone of Wild Roots, hosted by Hattvika Lodge.

You will eat our selection of cold cuts and local cheese, pasta alla carbonara and, to end, handmade Italian tiramisù. Our chef will show you how to cook the perfect Carbonara pasta.
