Welcome to our cooking show of "baccalà alla napoletana" (Neapolitan-style cod). The cooking show will be held at Hattvika Lodge, Ballstad, Hattvikveien 14.
You will eat Italian focaccia, polenta, baccalà alla Napoletana and, to end, tiramisù. Our chef will show you how to cook a delicious Neapolitan-style cod.
