We are organizing a very special dinner!
Our main concept is to bring to Lofoten Islands our traditional Italian recipes, using local products in every dish. So, for this dinner, we will be using local products from Lofoten Gårdsysteri, Aimee's Farm and more. Come to find out!
Menu: - A taste of handmade focaccia and Gårdsysteri cheese - Pasta with Gårdsysteri fresh sausage and organic kale - Meat rolls from Aimee's beef, filled with Gårdsysteri goat cheese and organic aromatic herbs, served with baked potatoes - Handmade Sicilian cannoli, filled with Gårdsysteri fresh ricotta cheese and chocolate chips and berries
Everything's served with our delicious homemade focaccia!
Where? at Lofoten Gårdsysteri When? next Friday, the 14th of May You can reserve your table for the time that you prefer, from 18:30.
